Jacob Sartorius

JacobRolf Jacob Sartorius was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was taken to Virginia for adoption when his parents were sick and they were either unable or unwilling to provide care. His family was raised within Reston, Virginia by his adoptive parents and at age seven, began to perform in musicals. It was there that was he discovered his passion of performing. Vine is an American website that hosts short-form videos as a service, was closed in 2017. Sartorius posted lip-syncing videos on Vine that had more than 8 million subscribers by August of 2016. Social media was his way of finding some relief after being targeted and eventually turned into a victim. He said before Musical.ly that he wasn't very active. He believed that everybody watched him except for the camera.
